Rolls-Royce
Silver Seraph
1999
Simply stunning with 43,800 miles!
This is a stunning presenting Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph finished in Back with hand-painted cream fine-lines with Magnolia Connolly hides and black accented trim.
The Silver Seraph, designed by Graham Hull (with Rolls-Royce since 1971), represents a truly wonderful design taking all the retrospective cues from its Silver Cloud predecessor of the 1960s. This 3 owner example is simply a beautiful and commanding Seraph that presents in very fine condition. Very shiny and deep lustred straight body collectively poised on original Seraph alloy wheels with brand new Avon pin-stripe whitewalls.
This particular example has had its front and rear turn signal lights upgraded to the clear type from the 2000-onwards model. I nice enhancement.
The body and paint is in excellent condition with no signs of any repair or repaint. The finish is consistent and deep in lustre with all bright work in clean unscathed condition. The car is, of course, completely rust free.
The interior is stunning. The leather is almost without any wear in typical areas such as the drivers seat. The Magnolia leather interior is entirely upholstered in Connolly hide, including roof-lining, door trim and surrounds, dash-board and console – there is no visible vinyl used anywhere in the interior. The seats are elegantly highlighted by black piping on the seats and dash and the Wilton wool carpets throughout are contrasted in matching black. None of the leather has been redyed or fettled with. All the burl walnut wood throughout the interior is in very good condition without any fading often seen on these (typically most notable on the radio cover which develops a “tan-line” over the years as it is left open most of the time). The burl remains rich and dark. There are minor flaws in some areas where the clear coat has some cracks. Importantly, the dash and console present very well. If you are a perfectionist, we could recommend refinishing the 2 front doors and rear seat picnic tables where you can see some hairline fracturing (please remember, we offer this as an in-house service so it’s a rather straight-forward exercise for us to do).
All features and functions are fully operational. Mechanically, the car has been regularly serviced by Rolls-Royce and Park-Ward Motors. The Avon tyres, just fitted cost over $2,000.
This Seraph is very well known to us having been sold to the previous owner several years ago. Nothing more can be said but to review the hundreds of detailed pictures of the car.
Very original presenting, well maintained example of high quality and standard. Without question a beautiful motorcar all round.
International buyers always welcome ~ we have sold and shipped 100’s world-wide.
~~ **Please note: All Park-Ward Motors’ cars, once sold, undergo a process known as “Predelivery Commissioning” which is a detailed procedure for bringing all service and maintenance up to date before shipping to you as the new owner. As an experienced and professional restorer and collector of some 45 years, we have our own in-house Rolls-Royce dedicated service facility with qualified craftsmen on hand. Although our cars have already undergone workshop inspection PRIOR to being offered for sale, once sold, it will be put thru our workshop to ensure all major and minor services are up to date, is mechanically maintained in good shape and all major features and functions are operating as they should. The “Predelivery Commissioning” process ensures your new Rolls-Royce is t
urn-key. This is all done at NO CHARGE. We do this even though the car is contractually being sold “as-is”. As a passionate collector of the marque I take great pride and pleasure in passing on any of these great cars to its next owner (“caretaker”). Who else selling a Rolls-Royce on eBay does this?! Depending on our work load, please allow approximately 21 business days for this process. For more information on the Park-Ward Motor Museum and our skills, please eBay message me and I would be happy to show you some 200+ Rolls-Royces restored to varying levels over the last few years ~~
